Nicolle Waddy, LGPC

Nicolle is a counselor and mental health professional, focused on inclusion and equity for underrepresented and marginalized communities. She incorporates various interventions to help clients successfully re-organize their approach to problems, identify and stabilize their emotions, and develop concrete skills for eliminating stress and resolving conflict. She believes the foundation of a successful counseling environment is a positive therapeutic alliance between the client and clinician. Therefore she will begin counseling sessions by creating a safe and inviting space for clients to learn, heal, and grow. Nicolle receives supervision, collaboration, and consultation to provide you with the best care possible. She believes therapy should be Realistic, Empowering, Attainable, and Lasting.
